W.O.W. – TRENDING TUESDAY 04/07/15

“Trending” – Every time we turn around there is some other diet that will give us our dream body, some food we simply MUST avoid, or some piece of equipment we MUST buy… stay on top of what’s trending and get tips for thinking critically about marketing ploys.

Many of you saw the Trending item I posted 2 weeks ago about the possibility of a brand new, recycled food source that could reduce waste and generate income. Pretty impressive.

This week’s Trending item is a bit on the lighter side.

Hello, treadmill delight!

As we enter the second fiscal quarter [for my financial Misfits out there] or Spring for my Misfits who live in a place with an actual change of seasons [unlike Phoenix, AZ], it is hard to believe the year is 25% over!

If you signed up for a gym in January and haven’t gone much, take a look at a few of these videos for some more inspiration.

The gym doesn’t have to be boring!

Working out doesn’t have to be something you dread. Find a way to make it fun for yourself and your spectators…

By the way: Laughing burns calories, works core muscles, and reduces anxiety…

If you are sitting at home surfing the internet or Direct TV for entertainment you are missing out.

These are real people! Doing god-knows-what on treadmills in YOUR HOMETOWNS.

So take a walk outside… people are doing this in their garages and livings rooms… get to the gym and walk a mile or pump a little iron while you are there trying to blend in [the paparazzi that you are]. At the end of it you will have burned calories and upped your odds of catching the next YouTube sensation!

Just be safe. Don’t be the guy who brings roller blades to wear on the treadmill.
