Fit 4 Life is all about Health-in-Motion
The concept behind Health-in-Motion is as simple as you want it to be. Essentially it’s two-fold [1]  recognizing that the path to achieving a given state of  “optimal” Health rarely looks the same for one person across their own lifespan – let alone across numerous people and cultures  [2] understanding your ability to take back control of that path.
Yes, it’s about eating right and getting active, but there is so much more that modern diets and regiments miss completely.
Because we know that at any given moment there are hundreds of factors  contributing to our health and wellness [or possible lack there of], it is important to learn and build awareness of these factors.
That’s where Fit4Life comes in.
As a member, you will meet with Miss Fit to grow and understand the ways in which your physical, emotional, and mental health are related.
Unlike the P90-X and Atkins of the world [not that there is anything inherently wrong with those…] There is no cookie-cutter plan. No magic pill. No one food or work out move that is killing you now or will kill you if you don’t incorporate it.
This is your life.
You tell Miss Fit where you want to go and you largely drive the process.
No forbidden foods
No mandated marathon running
No skipping meals
No shakes
No Astronaut meals.
This is about reshaping your life – with a navigation guide as needed.
The end product is not a number on the scale it is a reflection in the mirror.

It’s about believing that  Quality of Life can lead to Quantity of Life.

It’s about understanding that you count on your body every day to do amazing things – most of which you are not even aware it is doing for you

It’s time to say thank you;  time to start understanding not what your Body can do for you but what you can do for your Body.

After all, this game of Life shouldn’t just be about survival – but also Thrival.
